The lodge features beautifully redone flooring and balconies with ocean views.
My stay was overshadowed by the high costs at the dining room, where I was charged $7 for coffee that should have been included with the room. Additionally, the thin walls allowed for noise from other guests, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. I also experienced a power outage overnight, which left us without lights or any emergency backup.

An Amazing Family Stay with Memorable Moments!
Enjoyed two peaceful nights in a cozy double room. The on-site restaurant served delicious appetizers, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Pro tip, be sure to try the chowder! Just know that noise can travel, so ask for a quieter room if needed.

Brier Island Lodge offers stunning ocean views. The location truly shines, perfect for whale watching. I found my room cozy and comfortable, even if a bit dated. The bed felt welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. The restaurant's food was exceptional. I particularly loved the freshly caught scallops. However, the coffee service could use attention since I had to ask for refills. My biggest issue was the lack of a shower curtain, making things a bit awkward. While the staff was generally attentive, I noticed that the wait at the restaurant was longer than expected, perhaps due to the busy evening. I hope they add TV's in the rooms and address the minor cleanliness issues in the future.

The views from the superior queen room were simply breathtaking, especially during sunset. The highlight was definitely the dining experience. the smoked haddock gratin was incredibly flavorful, paired well with fresh vegetables. However, the Wi-Fi connection was notably weak, making it challenging to stay connected. Additionally, there were moments of excessive noise from nearby rooms, which detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. Lastly, the absence of a TV in the room was surprising for a lodge of this caliber.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, with a lovely view. The on-site food is spectacular, featuring fresh veggies from the greenhouse—definitely a treat! Loved the whale bone decor in the lobby too, such a quirky touch!
The walls must be thin. I thought I was bunking with a herd of whales! And don’t even get me started on the absence of a TV—I mean, how am I supposed to survive with just nature? !
